Because I believe that raw foods can transform us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, I help people of all ages to supercharge their health, improve their ailments and regain their zest for life through workshops and coaching in natural nutrition.

I do a radio show for 15mins every fortnight on the local communityo radio station FreshFM and you will be able to listen to the podcasts right here. I also post the links on the Facebook page if you want to go there and listen. I’ve never done it before but I’m finding that I love doing this. I’ve interviewed some people here in Nelson and on a recent visit to USA I spoke to 2 people who had improved their health immensely with plant based andd raw foods.
