Even though all these things are running through your head right now, please listen to your heart – it’s obviously givng you a message for a reason. Maybe it’s time to explore this thing.

Because I believe that raw foods can transform us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, I help people of all ages to supercharge their health, improve their ailments and regain their zest for life through workshops and coaching in natural nutrition.

This is a Heylo Bag and is wonderful for keeping your jar of kombucha or milk or water kefir at an even consistent temperature especially in the Winter months. It will keep them warm too of course.  Made locally in Nelson, NZ and sell for $45. Contact me if you’d like one.

Their other use is as an oven or slow cooker. Make your porridge in the morning and cook for a few minutes then place inside the Heylo Bag and finish cooking there.
