We'll be making these items in this class:

  1. A variation on the more common red kimchi - a White Kimchi
  2. Cultured butter is so tasty and can be eaten Guilt Free - as it will add even more microbes to your gut microbiome
  3. Rejuvelac - another culture that has many uses in making other cultured items
  4. Kvass is a traditional beverage from Russia but we will make it with a more NZ flavour using beetroot.
