You’ve heard about eating more raw food but you’re not really sure what that means let alone how to make food without cooking it. Maybe you’re thinking that it’s expensive; and you’ll have to buy more equipment; spend more time in the kitchen preparing food for you, while the rest of the family want their usual food. Even though all these things are running through your head right now, please listen to your heart – it’s obviously givng you a message for a reason. Maybe it’s time to explore this thing.

Because I believe that raw foods can transform us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, I help people of all ages to supercharge their health, improve their ailments and regain their zest for life through workshops and coaching in natural nutrition.

Our Raw Foodies Club consists of 3 events held monthly:
  • The Saturday Luncheon – $48 per head (non-members $68)
  • Sunday Potluck Lunch – $10 per head
  • Live Q & A – no charge

At our Potluck event the focus will be on learning. There will either be a topic of discussion for the day or we will show a shortish video or documentary and talk about that. I will provide notes from the video for you to take away.  You have access to me and my experience for 2 hours this day so come with some questions if you wish.

On the live Q & A you can ask me anything as well and we will try to stick to a current theme for discussion. I may not have the answers but can direct you to other resources if that’s the case.  Also there will surely be others on the call who can help with your questions.

The Luncheon event will be quite social of course and an opportunity to stretch your tastebuds and get inspired with the foods offered at the meal. I can help you with tips on how to make the food if you wish and I’m sure others will be able to add to the information on the day.

So at all of these events there will be many opportunities to learn, to get support, to have fun and be inspired. I sincerely hope you will gain a lot of value by being a member.  And if you have some feedback I am happy to receive it so we can grow and make these even better.

This is how it works:
Membership is $20 for your first 2 months which enables you to try it out and to attend all 3 events during that time. Then when you decide to join you pay for 3mths at a time in advance – that’s $30 for 3 mths membership.

Note:  If you are not a member and wish to come to the 3 course luncheon the price will be $68.

In a short while you will be able to book in via the website, but until then please contact me for payment details. They need to be made in advance of the event.
