How to prepare nourishing raw meals that transform your health and body from the inside out.
If you’ve ever wondered how to get rid of your health issues without taking pills and potions, I may have an alternative option for you here. You’ve probably heard this before – “Let Food be Thy Medicine and Medicine thy Food” and it’s absolutely true. So what if the food that you’re putting into your body is responsible for those health issues ? You reckon you eat healthy ?? Maybe you need to think again. In any of my 3 workshops I teach you how to make healthy raw food that will have an almost immediate (good) effect on your body plus you’ll learn how to adapt them to make other dishes with ingredients you have in your home already. You’ll know why you’re not feeling your best and will know how to take small steps to improve your health today – and did I say loose weight? – yes you’ll be able to do that too without denying yourself or feeling hungry.
We will make raw breakfast, nut milks, soup, entree, main, a dessert, plus a chocolate peppermint slice which is always a favourite.
You will take away with you the confidence and enthusisasm to experiment on your own; inspiration to know that you can transform yourself and ongoing support following the class.
