Because I believe that raw foods can transform us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, I help people of all ages to supercharge their health, improve their ailments and regain their zest for life through workshops and coaching in natural nutrition.

In this class you will discover the insider secrets on green juices and smoothies;  We will talk about why greens are so important for your health; some basic knife skills useful for chopping; an overview of juicers and blenders, which ones to buy and why. We’ll make some of these depending on time available: sprouts, a green smoothie bowl, a Thai flavoured green wrap, a creamy green gazpacho, a green smoothie and a green juice and zucchini pasta.
