Green Herb Dressing
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup dill
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried*
- 1 cup virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- ¼ cup water or more as needed
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar or 10 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic or more to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger (optional)
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
Label, date and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Use dressing as a quick salad dressing or dip.
