Green Herb Dressing


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried*
  • 1 cup virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • ¼ cup water or more as needed
  • 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar or 10 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger (optional)


Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
Label, date and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Use dressing as a quick salad dressing or dip.
