So let's get started! There are three programmes for you to choose from:

Option 1: – Kitchen Makeover:  3 x 1 hour sessions $300. Includes practical ways to makeover your kitchen, pantry and fridge/freezer, with recommendations for better food choices. Includes 1 x hour shopping trip visiting local food retailers with my ‘Pantry Essentials' shopping lists.

Option 2: How to Make Better Food Choices: 4 hours $400. Includes eating habits kick start, how to keep on track with new habits, navigating the lows if you get stuck. Recipes provided and includes 1 session with Sally Rees, an experienced qualified chef, in your kitchen preparing food.

Option 3: 1 hour session on a topic of your choice at $100 per hr.  Help with health issues, how to kick poor eating habits that aren’t supporting you, shopping guide, and where to find healthy foods in Nelson.

You might be someone who can’t stop eating biscuits, chocolate, carbohydrates and sweet things. It seems like the more you eat them, the more you want them.  It’s an addiction and I know what that’s like and still do it myself from time to time.  It’s causing many other problems in your body and you’ll probably know what they are. You’ve tried many things to stop this habit and nothing seems to be working permanently for you. Dieting won’t help either because you can only do those things for a limited amount of time and it’s not very long, before you give in and start all over again. There’s an easier way and it’s more permanent.  Let’s have a chat on the phone.
