Mango Sorbet

5 cups frozen mango (5 mangoes)
60 -80 ml lime juice
60 - 80ml sweetener eg honey or agave syrup

Scoop out the mango flesh and place on a lined tray to freeze. I have found mango puree in a tin in the supermarket so that would be easier.

Once frozen, about 2 hours, place in a food processor or blender.

Add the other ingredients to mango and blend till very smooth. You may need to stop the machine and scrape down the sides a couple of times.

Scoop into mango shells or a dish and eat immediately or place in freezer till you are ready.
