In this workshop you will learn about brine-pickled vegetables which are easy to make and so good for snacks and especially appealing for children's lunchboxes and adults alike. Such a variety to be made with different vegs herbs and spices - you'll have a different one every time.
Then you will learn about making your own coconut yoghurt. It's simple when you know how and so much more economical than buying it. You know exactly what's in it too !
Next you will learn how to make water kefir. You can make delicious refreshing drinks with basic ingredients you will have in your cupboard. Learn what else you can do with it besides drinking it !
