My next fermentation Workshop is coming up soon.

You will be learning how to make Sauerkraut Kimchi and Coconut Yoghurt and includes learning how to open both a brown hairy coconut and the younger smooth white coconut so that you can make your own coconut yoghurt from fresh coconut.
