  2. You'll make brine-pickled vegs which your kids will love and you can eat as a healthy snack all through the day
  3. Then we'll make beet kvass a slightly effervescent drink made from beets originating from Russia
  4. Plus I will show you how to make another ferment that will be a surprise

All these will add valuable good bacteria to your gut so that your allergies will reduce or disappear and your digestive system will calm down and work better.
