In this class we'll be making

  1. A variation on the usual red kimchi - a white kimchi.
  2. Cultured butter which tastes delicious and is easy to make when you know what to do. Eat it guilt free as it will add to your gut microbes and protect you even more from illnesses
  3. Make your own Apple Cider Vinegar so you will have an endless supply in your kitchen with no 'nasties' in it.
  4. Kvass is a traditional drink from Russia a bit like we drink beer here in NZ. Instead of the traditional ingredient we will use beetroot.
