If you loved the first Fermentation Basics class you'll most likely love this one too. It's a non-dairy one and you'll learn how to open the 2 different coconuts and use the contents to make yoghurt.
 
Nut cheeses are the best !
 
We'll make one and you can taste some others using different types of nuts and seeds. They are non-mucous forming in the body unlike dairy cheeses.
 
Also if you have been to my basics workshop and love the kimchi I am now making the red paste that you can purchase which makes the process of making your own kimchi a whole lot easier and less time consuming.
 
NOTE: If you've done my Fermentation Basics the price for you to do both the Intermediate and Advanced will be $50 each a saving of $20. I'll post the Feb class (Advanced) soon. Same location and time but on Feb 22nd.
