Immunity Boosting Tea

  • Echinacea
  • Elderberry - dried or fresh
  • Yarrow
  • Ginger - root
  • Turmeric - root
  • Black pepper

All of these herbs/plants can be grown in your garden but if you haven't planned ahead some will be available in a health shop or organic shop.

Adding black pepper to the mix which helps to activate the turmeric.

Place some of all of these in a teapot and pour on nearly boiling water.

Steep for 5-10 mins and then pour into your favourite mug and enjoy !
