Kimchi

I have three different ferments available to purchase.

• Kimchi
• Sauerkraut
• Brine pickles

These are my favourite ferments and if you love them as much as I do, but don't have the time to make your own, try these ones. They are delicious according to many of my regular customers ! Keep them in the fridge for many months, that's if you can't keep your fork out of the jar !
